Hi. I'm Jillian—Oxford comma believer, pre-ChatGPT em dash enthusiast, tennis fanatic, and caffeinated boy mom. Why? Because I've seen critical communications and content responsibilities become under-resourced as marketing organizations evolve and consolidate in highly-distributed workforces. Teammates have also become overburdened with responsibilities they're not experienced to oversee when managers and peers are out on leave or when roles turn over. My experience is specialized to fill and elevate skill and leadership gaps in teams both during transition times and as an additional support on a recurring or one-time basis.

 

I've led teams of 1-35 in private and public companies across high-growth B2B tech companies and have consulted and worked in publishing, media/entertainment, and a variety of non-profits. My experience has been concentrated in high-visibility VP roles embedded in the C-Suite. I especially excel in comms development during initial public offerings (IPOs), acquisitions, new product announcements, and executive transition events. ​
